Accomplishments of Counselor Rick Kneeshaw

Rick Kneeshaw is the principal and founder of Resource Management Innovations, a business development consulting firm that assists organizations in the design, development and delivery of their business objectives.
Rick began his career in the Canadian Armed Forces, where he successfully led a team that was responsible for high risk medical evacuations in Europe. It was in this capacity that Rick developed a passion and expertise in leadership, strategic planning and tactical resource management.
Rick has held several progressive management roles within the global financial services sector, where he was responsible for the development and implementation of resource management strategy.
Rick has joined the Competency Inc - Breathing Life into Ministry team with his vast experience in organizational structure, planning and the deployment of people, time and financial resources. His strategic planning and project management skills are a key component of future seminars.
